    Absolutely loved the lush garden and the variety of pools. The food was great. I never went hungry! Staff were great, helping us with everything we needed in quick time.

    The air conditioning in the room went on vacation during the night-definitely not what I meant by 'stay cool! ' And finding my way to the restaurant was like a mini-excursion.

    I had 2 nights in Hurghada, spending the time here really good. The breakfast was sensational, featured a wide range of meals. The hotel's location was INCREDIBLE, really close to a shop ' Smooth plus ' and the Hawaii Riviera Aqua Park Resort-May 2023. It also was in 2 restaurants with big choices of food.

    Improve the cleanliness of the bathrooms!!! Ensure more attention to room maintenance!!! The lobby's vendor harassment really needs addressing to create a more enjoyable atmosphere!!!

    The water park was a hit with my kids, especially the slides! We enjoyed the private beach access and the beautifully maintained gardens. The staff were genuinely nice and attentive, especially having my cousin around for fun.

    The Standard Triple Room had a decent view of the garden, but the beds weren't super comfy. We had a working TV and a mini fridge, good. It was also clean, but honestly, everything felt a bit basic and not too cozy. Just average, you know? Noise from outside could get annoying sometimes, especially when you'd rather rest. It did the job for our stay, but it could definitely use some upgrades.

    Actually you can get what you pay for. Also I would say that place is good for the family witn children any age.

    Shellow coast not suitable for swimming. Water in the baby swimming pool too cold. There were some cases of stealing.

    Great for Families and Fun Seekers

    I was blown away by the mini-zoo on the hotel! Watching my kids feed the goats was lovely. The water slides were like something from a dream. My family and I spent hours racing down them, belly laughing at each splash!

    It wasn't inexpensive, but still reasonable for the experience we had.
